• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses apply only to members who have met all registration and verification requirements at the time of claiming the bonus.
• If a withdrawal is attempted before the bonus terms are met, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.

The jest buzz VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week. Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are made at jest buzz's sole discretion.

All game and betting outcomes are determined by the game provider's software. jest buzz does not control the outcome of any game. If a technical error causes an abnormal result in any game or bet, that result may be declared void.

If you have a dispute regarding any game or betting result, you must notify us within 24 hours via live chat or email. Our team will investigate and inform you of the decision as soon as possible. Complaints submitted after this deadline may not be considered.

In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, bets are generally voided and the stake is returned. For multi-bets, if any single selection is voided, the outcome for the full bet is determined by the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jest buzz platform and may result in permanent account closure:

• Verification documents are not submitted within the specified time.

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Before making the request, please ensure there are no active bets or bonus wagering requirements outstanding and that all conditions for withdrawing the available balance have been met. After an account is closed, no bonuses or benefits can be claimed.
